Working closely with Dr. Jennifer Plotnick, we set out to completely redesign the dental experience. From the website to interior design we looked at every patient touchpoint and found ways to consistently communicate the brand image in every interaction.

Patients loved Grand Street Dental’s original branding. However since it consisted of photographs it was not very flexible. As soon as the office was established, I created a new identity that had similar energy as the original, but could be used in more applications.
We used photography to give patients a window into the practice. Showcasing the office design and personalities we stayed away from traditional dental photos and allowed us to not use any stock images on the website.
Every patient interaction was considered. To create an atmosphere that reflected the personality of the staff and signals that this isn’t an ordinary medical office, I curated playlists of eclectic mixes of music that patients can also access on Grand Street Dental’s Spotify and Apple Music profile.
